Mark is a Senior Consultant with Camden Delta Consulting and brings 25 years of specialized experience in management and leadership assessment and development.

Throughout his career Mark has worked with a range of for-profit and not-for-profit private and public sector companies. Mark has helped design employee screening and selection systems, create and deliver custom training programs, conduct competency assessments and provide constructive feedback and coaching to hundreds of leaders ranging from front-line supervisors to senior executives, develop performance management systems, design competency models, and implement and evaluate employee opinion and company climate surveys.

Mark stays involved in research, having authored multiple publications in peer-refereed journals, presented his research at national conferences, and co-authored a book chapter. He is a co-author of the book entitled, “Designing Workplace Mentoring Programs: An Evidence-Based Approach.” Mark also remains active in service activities, such as serving as Section Editor for the journal, Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, co-directing the University of South Florida Volunteer Program Assessment, co-editing a column in The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, and chairing projects and committees for the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

He holds a BA degree in Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of SIOP, the American Psychological Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College in the International Executive Program.

Mark and his wife, Tammy, live in Tampa, FL, and have one son who is an Architect living in Seattle, WA. He enjoys traveling the world with his family, playing music, and participating in cycling and triathlon competitions.
