Katie Jame is a Senior Consultant with Camden Delta. Katie brings experience in both talent management and HR management to bring a well-rounded perspective. She specializes in strategic workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition, and HR strategy.

Katie has partnered with a range of organizations and industries including Carmeuse Lime & Stone, Edward Jones, Aurora Healthcare, Bank of America, UPS, West Tennessee Healthcare, Waffle House, and McDonald’s. Her consulting focus is helping leaders to optimize workforce talent to enable growth and navigate organizational change.

Prior to joining Camden Delta, Katie was an Associate Consultant in AonHewitt’s Talent Practice as well as an HR Business Partner and manager of HR operations in Sydney, Australia. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University, with emphasis in Management and Finance. She also received a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, where she studied while in Australia, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Management. Katie is also certified in Hogan Assessments and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).

Key Experiences

• Developed workforce planning function and led pilot SWP process for both a regional healthcare system and a national financial institution.
• Conducted SWP for large plant expansion to identify critical roles and needs in order to be staffed appropriately in 2017.
• Designed SWP training in order to  “upskill” HRBP’s with the knowledge, tools, and resources so they would be equipped to conduct SWP for their part of the business — training included combination of lecture, case study and real life application,
• Contributed to the development and project management of a global strategic program to instil and drive a customer-centric culture through an enterprise-wide initiative.
• Facilitated multiple strategy sessions with business leaders focusing on growing top-line revenue and building stronger partnerships with their customers.
