Katie Jame is a Senior Consultant with Camden Delta. Katie brings experience in both talent management and HR management to bring a well-rounded perspective. She specializes in strategic workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition, and HR strategy.
Katie has partnered with a range of organizations and industries including Carmeuse Lime & Stone, Edward Jones, Aurora Healthcare, Bank of America, UPS, West Tennessee Healthcare, Waffle House, and McDonald’s. Her consulting focus is helping leaders to optimize workforce talent to enable growth and navigate organizational change.
Prior to joining Camden Delta, Katie was an Associate Consultant in AonHewitt’s Talent Practice as well as an HR Business Partner and manager of HR operations in Sydney, Australia. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University, with emphasis in Management and Finance. She also received a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, where she studied while in Australia, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Management. Katie is also certified in Hogan Assessments and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
