In addition to Camden Delta, Brian has over his career worked for a number of the leading corporate psychology consulting firms and has run his own business, LEAD Psychology Inc., since 2000. He has served as an Executive Coach and Adjunct Staff member at The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) since 2010. Through CCL, he has received the designation of Board Certified Coach.

Brian helps clients make the best possible decision when hiring for executive, managerial and key contributor positions. He assesses candidates’ likely success in the role and “fit” to the company culture and team. His assessments provide an in-depth and objective view of candidates and their personalities, helping to prevent costly hiring mistakes. His insights and feedback to hiring managers accelerate on-boarding and early productivity for candidates who are hired.

Brian regularly coaches senior leaders who are transitioning into larger, more complex leadership roles, helping them craft robust action plans that accelerate how quickly they gain effectiveness in the new role. In addition, Brian is one of the country’s most experienced providers of “Partnering” – team building on large-scale projects that improves team performance and financial outcomes for all stakeholder organizations.

Brian received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Louisiana State University, and returned to LSU for graduate study, earning a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology – with a minor in clinical psychology.

Brian lives in Atlanta with his wife, Patricia. Though their two adult sons live away from home, their one canine family member, Buster, provides ample energy and entertainment. Brian maintains an active interest in the Consulting Psychology Division of The American Psychological Association. He enjoys most any outdoor activity.
